We hope you love your Alexandra Rae jewellery, but if you are unhappy you can exchange by returning the piece to our Dublin workshop – please contact us for return address. The piece must be unworn and returned in the original Alexandra Rae packaging. Unfortunately we cannot exchange earrings, for hygiene reasons.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
How do I return an item?
Our policy lasts 14 days after your receive your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do I have to pay anything to return my items?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
